We will gladly take back any product under the following conditions:
All returns must be returned to us within 28 days and returned in the original packaging.
Items that have damaged will not be accepted.
All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorisation (RA) number. All packages must be prepaid. Please do not send any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.
All returns will be credited to the original card used.
NOTE: Any exchanges for difference in value will be adjusted accordingly on the original credit card used for purchasing.
